If you finance your new home through me, I will even throw in most of your closing costs. This could save you thousands of dollars. The mortgage broker gets a rebate when you take out a loan. I use this rebate to lower your closing costs, or in many cases eliminate all of your closing cost and fees. I mean everything. It all depends on the size of your loan and your credit. ASK ME IF YOU QUALIFY!

This works for refinancing an existing mortgage as well. No more disappointment when you find out in order to take advantage or lower rates, that you will have to pay two or three thousand dollars in closing costs and fees.

If you finance through me, the next time rates decline even a quarter of a percent , it is worth it to refinance because there are no closing cost. No hassle either, because we keep all your paperwork on file so that you don't have to complete all the forms over again. We even send the notary to your house so you do not have to come to our office to sign all the papers. Will an ordinary bank do that? We Will!
